How to Use It
List Your Boards
On the Boards sheet, give each board a row: its number, name and type, the site and location, the supply and how many RCDs are on it.
Record Each Circuit
On the Circuits sheet, add a row for every circuit tested, starting with its board's number. RCD Type and Result are picked from a list.
Mark the Board
Back on Boards, enter the test date, the board's result and compliance status, and the detail of anything non-compliant. If any circuit failed, record the board's result as Fail.
Set the Next Test
Enter each board's next test due, then sort or filter that column to see what's coming up.
Print a Test Sheet
The PDF is one board's test sheet: its details, a row for each circuit, the board's result and compliance status, and room for the detail of anything non-compliant.
Before You Start
Worth Knowing
- It keeps records. Whether the testing meets the Standards and your regulator's rules is for you to check.
- It sets no test intervals and no pass limits. The readings and results are whatever you record.
- It isn't a certificate. Issue and lodge certificates the way you do now.

Boards as Assets
A switchboard can be its own asset on the site, with the Electrical pack's fields: phases, main switch rating, fault level, earthing arrangement, number of circuits and RCD protection. Its register entry links to it.
