How Billing Works

The Rules

Office Users
Admin, office and dispatch staff, at the office rate.
Field Users
Technicians, at the field rate.
Free Logins
Customer portal and subcontractor portal logins, as many as you need.
The Minimum
Two office users. The smallest account is $158 a month on Service.
Counting Users
Active users are counted at each billing date. A suspended login doesn't count.
Adding or Removing
On a monthly plan the change shows on your next invoice. On an annual plan an added user is invoiced straight away for the rest of the year, and a removed user stops counting at renewal; the rest of that year isn't refunded.
The Trial
14 days on the Commercial plan, no card. Start a subscription during the trial and it still runs to its end date; the first charge is then.
When the Trial Ends
Without a subscription the account goes read-only. Nothing is deleted, and you can still sign in and see everything.
If a Payment Fails
There's a 7-day grace period to update the card before the account goes read-only.

Every price here is in Australian dollars, ex GST. GST is added to the invoice.

Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. An annual plan is paid a year up front and gets two months free.
Do my customers and subcontractors need paid logins?
No. Customer portal and subcontractor portal logins are free and unlimited. The customer portal is on every plan; the subcontractor portal comes with Commercial and Projects.
What does it cost to move from another system?

Which plan do I need?
Service suits reactive service work in one trade. Commercial adds every trade pack, maintenance agreements, purchasing, stock and the subcontractor portal. Projects adds projects, variations and closeout.
