An Annual Backflow Test, From Due Date to Paid Invoice

Each device on the Backflow Test Register carries its type, hazard rating, location and next test due. The register counts what's overdue and what falls due in the next 30 days, so nobody has to keep the list in their head.
Raise the Visit
With the customer's devices under a maintenance agreement, the annual visit raises its own job on the morning it falls due, with the visit's tasks as its checklist and the devices listed on the job. Without an agreement, raise the job by hand with the Backflow Test job type the pack adds.
Send the Tester
Book a plumber from the Schedule or the dispatch dialog. The job opens on their phone with the site brief: access, hazards and the contact to call, the site's assets and their last visits.
Test and Record
The plumber works through the checklist and records any defect with photos. The result goes on the device's register entry: test date, pass or fail, who tested it and their accreditation, and the next test due. A failed device becomes a draft rectification quote in one step.
Bill It
Bill the test under the agreement, per visit once the job is done or by the period, or invoice the job from its page. Once the invoice is sent, the customer can pay by card through Stripe from the customer portal, or by bank transfer.

TMV Servicing in One Register
The TMV Service Register keeps each valve with its location, set temperature, last outlet temperature, last service, next service due and result. What's overdue or due in the next 30 days is counted at the top, and a failed valve becomes a draft rectification quote in one step.
Visits That Raise Their Own Jobs
On the Commercial plan, a maintenance agreement can cover a customer's backflow devices and TMVs by kind of asset, so a device added later is covered too. Each visit raises its own job on the morning it falls due, and the agreement bills per visit, by the period or up front.
Certificates Recorded Against the Job
Plumbing certificates of compliance, drainage certificates and gas compliance certificates are recorded against the job they were issued for, with the licence number, regulator, regulator reference and lodged date, and move from Draft to Issued to Lodged.
Checklists for Hot Water and Grease Traps
Switching the pack on adds starter checklists for a hot water system service, with relief valve, anode and tempering valve temperature checks, and a grease trap service, with the volume removed and the waste docket number. All yours to edit, and ticked off on the phone with or without signal.

- Yes. The Backflow Test Register shows each device's next test due, marked overdue or due within 30 days, with counts of both at the top. - Can we record gas and plumbing compliance certificates?
- Yes. Plumbing certificates of compliance, drainage certificates and gas compliance certificates are recorded against the job, with the licence number, regulator, regulator reference and lodged date. Deployr keeps the record; it doesn't lodge certificates with the regulator for you.
- Does it track plumbing and gas fitting licences?
- Yes: plumbing licence classes, gas fitting (Type A and Type B appliances, LPG, servicing only), backflow prevention accreditation, TMV endorsement and drainer licences, among others. Each is kept with its number, class, expiry and a photo of the card, and a licence expiring within 60 days is flagged.
- Can we bring our backflow register across from a spreadsheet?
