Interim Terms

Subscription Terms

In effect from 23 October 2026 · Version 1.0 · Sentoro Technologies Pty Ltd

These are interim terms. They state, in short, the terms on which we supply Deployr while our full Master Subscription Agreement is being reviewed by our lawyers. When that agreement is in force it will replace these terms, and we will tell every business how and when.

These are interim terms

These Subscription Terms are the agreement between Sentoro Technologies Pty Ltd and your business for the use of Deployr. They are interim: a short statement of the terms we supply Deployr on while our full Master Subscription Agreement is reviewed by our lawyers. When that agreement is in force it will replace these terms, with the notice described under "Changes to these terms" below.

They apply to every Deployr subscription and every Deployr trial started while they are in force, whether you subscribed through the app or we invoice you. If we sent your business an order form or a written offer and it says something different on a point, the order form or offer wins on that point.

By creating a Deployr account, starting a trial or starting a subscription, you accept these terms on behalf of your business. If you do that for a business that isn't yours, you confirm you have its authority to.

Who the agreement is between

Sentoro Technologies Pty Ltd, an Australian company that makes Deployr (Sentoro, we, us, our), and the business that holds the Deployr account (you, your business).

Deployr is business software. It is supplied for use in a trade, business or profession, not for personal, domestic or household use.

A person your business invites into its account — a staff member, a customer's portal contact, a subcontractor — uses Deployr under your account, and your business is responsible for what they do in it. They aren't parties to this agreement.

What we supply

Deployr on the plan you choose: the office application for each office user, the field app for each field user, the customer and subcontractor portals, the trade packs your plan allows, hosting, security and updates, and support by email and through the help centre in the app.

We may add to, change or retire features as Deployr develops. We won't materially reduce what your plan includes during a period you have paid for without the notice described under "Changes to these terms".

Deployr's registers, forms, certificates and calculations are tools. Your business remains responsible for its own trade, licensing, safety and compliance obligations, for the accuracy of the records it enters, and for checking what Deployr produces before relying on it or issuing it.

Plans, users and the minimum

You pay per user, per month. An office user is an admin, office or dispatch login, with the office application. A field user is a technician login, with the field app. Customer portal and subcontractor portal logins are free and unlimited, and are never counted.

  • Service — $79 per office user and $39 per field user, per month.
  • Commercial — $119 per office user and $55 per field user, per month.
  • Projects — $169 per office user and $69 per field user, per month.
  • Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. These are the published prices as this version took effect; the plan your business is on, and its price, is shown in Settings under Billing.

Every subscription is billed for at least 2 office users, whether or not that many are in use.

Users are counted on active logins at each billing date. A suspended login doesn't count. On a monthly plan a change in your team shows on your next invoice. On an annual plan an added user is invoiced at once for the rest of the year, and a removed user stops counting at renewal; the rest of that year isn't refunded.

You can pay monthly or annually. An annual subscription is paid a year ahead, at 10 months' price for 12 months' access. You can move to a bigger plan at any time, with the difference charged for the rest of the period; a move to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal.

The free trial

A new business gets a 14-day trial of the Commercial plan, with every trade pack, from the day its account is created. No card is needed, and nothing is charged when it ends.

A trial expires; it doesn't convert. To continue, you subscribe from Settings under Billing. If you don't, the account goes read-only: you can still sign in, see everything and export your records, but not create or change them. Nothing is deleted, and subscribing at any time restores full access to the same account and the same data.

During a trial Deployr is supplied as is, with no service level or support commitment. Each business may take one trial; we may extend one in writing.

We may close a read-only account that nobody has signed into for 12 months, after emailing its administrators at least 30 days beforehand. The rules under "Your data" apply to what is in it.

Payment

Subscriptions are paid through Stripe, in advance for each monthly or annual period, on the card or bank account you give it. Stripe holds your payment details; we never see your full card number. By giving a payment method you authorise Stripe to charge it for your fees as they fall due, including renewals and users added mid-period, until you cancel.

If we agree to invoice your business instead, each invoice is due within 14 days of its date.

If a payment fails, we email your billing contact and Stripe retries it. You have a 7-day grace period to update the payment method, and Deployr keeps working through it. After that the account goes read-only — you can still sign in, see everything and export — until the outstanding amount is paid, when full access is restored at once. Nothing is deleted because a payment failed.

If an account has been read-only for non-payment for 30 days, we may end the subscription, but only after giving your business a further 30 days' written warning that says what is owed, the date, and what will happen to its data. Fees already due stay payable.

On an invoice that stays unpaid 7 days after a written reminder, we may charge interest at the Reserve Bank of Australia's cash rate target plus 4% a year, worked out daily and not compounding, and our reasonable costs of recovering the amount.

If a charge looks wrong, tell us at deployr@sentorotech.com.au within 60 days of it, before raising a chargeback with your bank, and pay the part that isn't in question. We won't restrict your account over an amount that is genuinely in dispute while we work it out with you.

Deployr Founding 10

Deployr Founding 10 is our founding customer programme: 40% off subscription fees for 24 months from your first paid billing period, plus Guided onboarding at no charge, for up to 10 businesses, in exchange for feedback calls. Applications close on 31 January 2027, or earlier if the places are taken. A place is confirmed by us in writing.

It is a percentage off the published price, not a fixed price: if prices change during the 24 months, the discount is applied to the price then in force. It carries through plan changes and changes in your team. It applies to subscription fees only; the migration fee and any third-party charge are paid as usual.

The 40% discount ends after 24 months, with 60 days' notice before it does, and founding benefits do not stack with Sentoro Connected. After the discount ends the subscription continues at the fees then applying, with no step-down. We will write to you at least 60 days before, saying the price and the date it takes effect. Sentoro Connected is the discount on Kelvin, our engineering app, for Deployr businesses on the Commercial or Projects plan with the HVAC & Refrigeration pack; a founding business has one or the other, not both.

The discount can't be combined with any other discount, promotion, referral credit or partner pricing unless we agree in writing. It ends if the subscription is cancelled or ends for non-payment, and isn't reinstated if the business subscribes again.

Price changes

Your fees are fixed for each period you have paid for. We may change the published prices. An increase reaches your business only at a renewal, and we will give you at least 60 days' notice before the renewal it applies to. If you don't accept it, cancel before that renewal and nothing more is charged.

A change in your fees because you changed plan, added users or stopped qualifying for a discount isn't a price change and needs no notice.

Cancelling, and ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time, from Settings under Billing or by emailing deployr@sentorotech.com.au. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for: the end of the month on a monthly plan, the end of the year on an annual plan. Nothing further is charged, and fees already paid for that period aren't refunded.

We will refund a duplicate charge, a charge taken after you properly cancelled, or a billing error on our side or Stripe's. Ask us at deployr@sentorotech.com.au. Otherwise fees aren't refundable, except where these terms or the Australian Consumer Law say so.

Either of us may end the agreement at once if the other seriously breaches it and doesn't put it right within 30 days of being told in writing, or becomes insolvent. If we end it for your business's breach, no refund is due; if you end it for ours, we refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.

We may suspend an account, with notice beforehand where we practically can, where we reasonably believe there is a security threat, a breach of the acceptable-use rules below, or use that is harming Deployr or other customers. We keep a suspension to what is needed and lift it once the cause is dealt with.

Your data

Everything your business puts into Deployr — customers, sites, jobs, quotes, invoices, photos, forms, staff and payroll records — is yours. You give us a licence to host, store, copy and process it only as far as is needed to run, secure and support Deployr, to keep backups, and to comply with the law. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to train AI models for use outside your own account.

You can export your records at any time, as CSV files, from Settings.

When a subscription ends — you cancel, or it ends for non-payment — your account stays read-only for 30 days so you can export your records, provided the fees that are due have been paid. After that we delete your data from our live systems within a reasonable period, and it drops out of our backups on their rolling cycle. We may keep what the law requires us to keep, and what is reasonably needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

An administrator can also delete the whole business from inside Deployr, from the account menu. That is scheduled seven days ahead, every administrator is told, and any of them can stop it in that time.

Keep your own copies of the records that matter to your business. Our backups exist to recover Deployr, not as your records.

How we handle personal information is in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where your records include other people's information — your customers', your staff's, your subcontractors' — your business is responsible for having the right to put it into Deployr, and we process it on your instructions.

Acceptable use

Deployr may only be used lawfully and for your own business. Your business must:

  • keep its logins, API keys and tokens secure, and remove a person's access when they leave;
  • make sure the people it invites, including portal contacts and subcontractors, keep to these rules;
  • comply with the laws that apply to its trade and its work, including work health and safety, licensing, electrical, gas, plumbing and refrigerant handling laws;
  • not resell Deployr, share one login between people, or use it to run other businesses' work as a service;
  • not copy, reverse engineer, scrape or bulk-extract Deployr or its content, other than through its own exports and API;
  • not try to get around user counts, rate limits or access controls, interfere with the service, or upload anything unlawful, infringing or malicious;
  • tell us at deployr@sentorotech.com.au within 24 hours of becoming aware that its account may have been compromised.

A fuller Acceptable Use Policy is part of the legal set being finalised. When it is published it will form part of these terms, with the notice described under "Changes to these terms".

Xero, Stripe payments, suppliers and Kelvin

Deployr connects to services your business chooses to connect it to: your Xero organisation, your own Stripe account for taking card payments from your customers, supplier price lists and feeds, and Kelvin, our engineering app. Each is used under your own agreement with that provider. We aren't responsible for it, for its charges, or for a change on its side that stops an integration working, though we will do what we reasonably can to keep an integration working, and may switch one off if it becomes unsafe or unavailable.

Card payments your customers make through Deployr go into your own Stripe account and are charged at Stripe's rates. We don't hold that money.

What we promise, and the limits

We will supply Deployr with due care and skill. It is software that depends on the internet, your devices and third-party services, so we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. If something is wrong, tell us and we will fix it or work around it as soon as we reasonably can.

Nothing in these terms excludes the guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law or any other right that can't lawfully be excluded. Where the law lets us limit our liability for failing to meet a consumer guarantee, it is limited, at our choice, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability to your business for anything arising out of these terms or your use of Deployr is limited, at our choice, to supplying the affected part of the service again or refunding the fees you paid for the period affected, and in total to the fees your business paid us in the 12 months before the event the claim arises from. For a trial or any other free use, it is limited to supplying the service again. Neither of us is liable to the other for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for indirect or consequential loss, however it arises.

These limits don't apply to a liability that can't lawfully be limited, to fraud or wilful misconduct, to death or personal injury caused by negligence, or to your business's obligation to pay its fees. Where a loss is partly caused by your business — its records, its settings, a service it connected, or a breach of these terms — our liability is reduced by that share.

GST and tax

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout and shown on the tax invoice Stripe issues for each payment. If your business is registered for GST, enter its ABN at checkout so it appears on the invoice; we don't reissue an invoice for a number supplied after it was issued. A change in a tax rate isn't a price change.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and we will replace them with our Master Subscription Agreement once it is in force. Each version is published on this page with its date and version number. For a change that materially and adversely affects your business, we will email your account's administrators at least 30 days before it takes effect; if you don't accept it, cancel before that date and we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for. A change needed urgently to comply with the law or to deal with a security risk may take effect sooner, and we will explain it as soon as we can.

Continuing to use Deployr after a change takes effect is acceptance of it. We send notices to your account's administrators by email, and billing notices to your billing contact; keep those details current.

Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, tell us first at deployr@sentorotech.com.au, saying what happened and what you want done, and we will respond within 10 business days. Each of us will try in good faith to resolve a dispute by discussion for 30 days before starting any proceedings, except to seek urgent relief from a court.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and each of us submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, the Privacy Policy and any order form or written offer from us are the whole agreement between us for Deployr. We may transfer the agreement to a buyer of our business on 30 days' notice, and your subscription is honoured for the rest of its term.
