Move Your Jobs to Deployr for a Fixed A$3,900

Simpro's pricing is quote-only. Deployr's is on our website, so you can work out your monthly cost for your office and field team before you talk to anyone.

Export your own data and upload it in order. Customers, sites, assets, suppliers, catalogues, employees and contracts come from Utilities → Export; jobs, quotes and purchase orders from their list screens; and invoice history from Xero's invoice export, with its line items and payments.

Contracts come across as maintenance agreements, and your job, quote and purchase order numbers are kept. Quote line items don't come across in bulk, so add them to any quote you're still chasing. Labour rates, pre-builds and contractors are set up again in Deployr.

Export each report from your own AroFlo account to Excel or CSV (Clients, Assets, Inventory, Tasks, Quotes, Invoices and Purchase Orders) and upload them in order.

Clients come across as customers, tasks as jobs with their AroFlo numbers, and your inventory as price list items. Suppliers and maintenance schedules are set up again in Deployr, and the guide says what to download and what to ask AroFlo about before you cancel.

If your business has grown into a commercial contractor with an office team, field crew, maintenance agreements and purchasing, Deployr runs service calls, dispatch, maintenance agreements, projects, quoting, purchasing and invoicing in one system, from the first call to the paid invoice.

Export your Client List, Job List and materials and upload them; invoice history comes from Xero's invoice export. Jobs keep their ServiceM8 numbers. Sites, extra contacts and assets are added in Deployr, and ServiceM8's account backup is worth keeping for your records.

Ask Fergus for your full data export. It arrives as a zip, and Deployr reads it whole: choose Fergus, then Import Everything, and upload the zip as it arrived. There's nothing to unzip and no columns to match.

It brings your customers, sites, jobs with the notes your staff wrote, quotes and invoices with their line items and payments, your price book and your staff. Part-paid invoices arrive part paid, and each kind of record can be undone on its own for 14 days.

Recurring jobs come from Fergus's Recurring Jobs Report as maintenance agreements. The export only links to your files and photos, so download them from Files & Photos before you cancel.

Download Deployr's template for each kind of record, copy your records in and upload the files in order. Deployr matches your columns, and shows what each row will do before anything is saved.

Customer lists, sites, equipment lists, maintenance agreements and job lists move onto Deployr records. Switch on your trade pack and the registers for your trade are ready: equipment such as switchboards, backflow devices and TMVs comes across as assets, and each one's register entry starts in Deployr.
