Tradify is clean, quick to learn and priced plainly — genuinely good for a small team doing reactive work. But a commercial contractor spends its days in plant rooms, ceiling spaces and basements, and Tradify says plainly that it needs a live connection to work at all.

Where Tradify Stops — In Their Own Words
It does not work offline. Tradify's Help Centre: “Tradify does not work offline as, both the Web Console and the Mobile App are dependent on a live internet connection to operate.”
Purchase orders are top-tier only. POs arrive on Plus at $62 per user per month — every user, including users who never raise one.
One rate for everyone. A field tech costs the same as an operations manager. Deployr charges field users less because they use less of the system.
Inventory, customer portal and API not published. Compliance is issued certificates rather than a licence register with expiry dates.
